It will also address societal and governance aspects, emphasizing principles of ethics, responsibility, and trust. The discussions will bring together experts and researchers around regulatory frameworks, governance mechanisms, and models of international cooperation needed to guide AI development in a rapidly changing global environment for the benefit of humanity. The sessions will also focus on practical applications of artificial intelligence in strategic sectors, including healthcare, as well as its ethical, social, and cultural implications. Special attention will be given to the interactions between technological innovation and human values, the issue of trust in intelligent systems, and challenges related to cybersecurity, economic development, and social cohesion in an increasingly digital world. In a global context marked by accelerating technological changes, geopolitical challenges, and profound societal transformations, this forum aims to promote a holistic and ethical approach to artificial intelligence, reconciling innovation, sustainable development, and respect for universal values. The program includes a high-level opening session with the participation of government officials, international decision-makers, and renowned figures from five continents, followed by several plenary and thematic parallel sessions.
