Closing Ceremony of the Training Program on \u201cCivilizational Diplomacy\u201d at ICESCO: Participation of Students from the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations Chair<\/strong><\/p>

As part of the partnership between the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations Chair at the Euro-Mediterranean University of Fez and the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), students from the Master\u2019s program \u201cConflict Management and Alliance of Civilizations,\u201d affiliated with the Chair, took part in the closing ceremony of the second cohort of the training program dedicated to \u201cCivilizational Diplomacy.\u201d<\/p>

This initiative falls within the scientific and academic vision promoted by the Chair, which aims to encourage innovative approaches in intercultural dialogue, conflict management, and the promotion of peaceful coexistence. It reflects the commitment of the Euro-Mediterranean University of Fez and the Chair to training a new generation of international experts in the fields of international relations and peaceful conflict resolution.<\/p>

Lasting nearly three months, the program was supervised by the ICESCO Center for Civilizational Dialogue and brought together eight trainees from four different countries. It contributed to strengthening their academic and professional skills in the areas of international dialogue, mediation, and conflict resolution.<\/p>

The program is part of a shared vision aimed at promoting civilizational diplomacy as an approach based on intercultural dialogue, knowledge exchange, and intellectual openness, while emphasizing the role of academic and technological tools in fostering rapprochement between peoples.<\/p>

During the closing ceremony, the trainees presented applied projects and research reflecting their understanding of the program\u2019s main themes, particularly the role of civilizational diplomacy in international communication and intercultural dialogue.<\/p>
